The four Sundays of Advent each have a specific theme or focus.  The purpose of each theme is to spend time reflecting on the true meaning of the season - the life of Jesus Christ.  The goal should be to come before God with a sincere heart and to worship Jesus Christ.

Christmas 2021 - (Isaiah 9:2)

Hope - The big idea of our message today is that we have eternal hope in Jesus, the light of God to all nations.  We are blessed with the opportunity to share His hope, to shine His light so that others may have it too.  God has promised to send the light would shine on everyone living in the shadow of death.

Christmas 2021 - (Isaiah 9:6-7)

Peace - Jesus reminds us that we are to come to Him when we are weary and heavy burdened.  I ask that amid life's difficulties, you might find peace in Him.  A peace that surpasses our understanding.  A peace that transcends understanding is Christ's gift to us.

Christmas 2021 - (Luke 2:8-11)

Joy - Joy is only found through obedience to God.  It is not based upon things but on our relationship with Christ.  Through Christ, God's joy is availabel to all people.  It is our responsibility as followers of Christ to follow His Greatest Commandment.

Christmas 2021 - (John 3:16-17)

Love - God shared His unconditional Love with humanity through His Son Jesus.  And Jesus asks us to love one another as He has loved.  We should all be thankful for God loving us despite our failures and mistakes.  We must thank Him for sending Jesus Christ as a sacrifice for us all.

Christmas 2021 - (John 1:9-14)

Christmas Eve (the Christ Candle) - Jesus spoke, saying, "I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life".  We need this reminder as the world continues to go down the path of darkness.
